Founded with the intention of creating a cleaner, more intentional experience, Hex Riot is an odor-free, earth-conscious nail & scalp spa specializing in gel nails, natural haircare, & elevated rituals that prioritize both your health & your vibe. We believe self-care should feel grounding, indulgent, & a little bit magical. Hex Riot is also a space for connection. This is Hex Riot. Arrival Instructions Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time (not early). Upon arrival if the hallway door is closed, summon your provider by pressing the corresponding button on the wall between the hall door and restroom to notify your technician. Please review our policies carefully prior to booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following: Appointments & Cancellations A valid card is required to book. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, no-shows, or arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. *Late arrivals will not be accommodated & will need to reschedule. Age Requirement We are an adults-only environment. Clients must be 16 years or older. Children are not permitted in the space. Guests To maintain a calm & quiet atmosphere, additional guests are not permitted in service areas. If you bring someone with you, they will be asked to remain in the lobby until your appointment is complete. Phone Etiquette To preserve the quality of your service & the experience of others, please keep phones on silent & limit usage. Phone use is not permitted during detailed nail art, as the smallest movement can affect the final result & timing. Communication Hours Calls & texts are answered Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM only. We are closed Sundays & Mondays. Messages sent outside of these hours will be addressed during the next business day. Timing & Consideration We ask that you do not arrive early unless specifically instructed. Our team relies on the time between appointments to reset the space & prepare for your service. After-Hours Appointments Services extending beyond 6:30pm are subject to a $25 after-hours fee. Late-day bookings requiring additional time (including detailed nail art) will automatically incur this charge. *By booking a late appointment you acknowledge & accept this fee if service runs into after-hours.
